A compound found in garlic called allicin has anti-fungal properties and can assist with the regulation of candida in our gut and yeast infections. Our Garlic Softgel Capsule has been specially processed to reduce odour (no bad breath) and comes in an easy to swallow soft gelatine capsule.

What the studies say

While many of its uses are based on tradition, there is scientific evidence backing the use of garlic. Human studies have found garlic supplements to have a significant impact supporting healthy blood pressure levels in people with high blood pressure. Garlic has also shown to support healthy cholesterol levels.
