More about calcium

Calcium is essential for strong bones and teeth. Calcium citrate has been found to be the most efficiently absorbed form of calcium available and to aid absorption our product is mixed with vitamin D3.  As we age, our bones become more susceptible to damage as bone building cells, known as osteoblasts, diminish while the cells responsible for bone destruction continue to thrive. With proper calcium intake, potential damage can be offset.

What the studies say

Research shows caffeine can interfere with calcium absorption. Those with high caffeine consumption should consider supplementing calcium intake. Alcohol can also deplete calcium levels. Studies confirm that adequate calcium intake supports bone health.
