What is Vitally?

Vitally is a personalised monthly subscription, containing 30 daily sachets of premium quality vitamins. You can choose your own combination of vitamins or take our quiz to get science-backed recommendations. Conveniently delivered direct to your door each month, Vitally makes being your healthiest self easy!

Then, confirm what you’d like in your daily sachets, choose a box design, a name for your packs and checkout. You can change or cancel your subscription at any time. The cut off date to cancel any order is one day before the monthly shipment date.

What is the cost?

The cost will vary depending on what vitamins are recommended for you. The best way to find out is by jumping onto our questionnaire page and taking our easy survey, which will provide you with tailored recommendations.

How does the pricing work?

Our prices are per vitamin, per month. So if the price says $7, that means its $7 for 30 pills (or $0.23 per day).

Can I do a one off order rather than a subscription?

Our site only allows subscription purchases at the moment. You can place a subscription order and then cancel the ongoing subscriptions, which means you will only get 1 month worth of vitamins.

Can I order for other members of my family?

Yes, but you have to do each pack at a time. After you place your first order, you will receive an email to activate your account. Then, you can login to your account, go through the checkout process and choose a new name for your pack. You will be able to manage all your subscriptions from your account page.

Do you ship overseas?

We ship to New Zealand, USA, and Canada.

Can I track my order?

Yes, you will receive an email with tracking info once your order is on its way.

My order is experiencing a delay. What should I do?

Contact us at hi@vitally.com and we’ll contact the courier company directly. We’ll make sure you get your pack as soon as possible.

I have a subscription but I don’t seem to have an account

When you sign up to vitally, you receive an “activate your account” email. You need to click on the link and choose a password. Once you have done this, you can log in to your account here. If you can’t find the email just get in touch at hi@vitally.com and we’ll sort it out for you.

Can I change my next order date?

Yes, once logged into your account, click on 'Manage Subscriptions' and then click on 'Change Date' (next to the Next Order Date Info).

When will I receive my packs each month?

Your order is processed every 30 days starting from the date of the first order. Sometimes
courier times may vary.

How do I add products to my subscription?

Firstly, you need to be signed in to your account. Then go to our 'products page' and click on the 'add to existing pack' button. A pop up will then allow you to choose which subscription you would like to add the product to (if you have more than one subscription).

How do I remove products from my subscription?

Once you are signed in to your account click 'Manage Subscription', then click 'More Options' at the bottom of your subscription. A button will appear called 'Products in your subscription', when you click on this you will be given the option to remove products from your subscription.

How do I update my billing info?

Easy, just Sign In and head to 'Manage Subscription', click on 'More Options' > 'Payment Information' and then edit.

How do I update my card details?

Easy, just Sign In and head to 'Manage Subscription', click on 'More Options' > 'Payment Information' and then edit.

How do I update my address?

Easy, just Sign In and head to 'Manage Subscription', click on 'More Options' > 'Address & Shipping Info' and then edit. You may need to update both, your billing and shipping address, if you’ve moved house.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You need to email us at hi@vitally.com and we'll do it as soon as possible. Please consider that the cut off date to cancel any given months order is one day before the monthly shipment date.

Does Vitally develop its own vitamins & supplements?

Yes, our products are developed to ensure the highest quality, potency and absorption possible. Together, our head nutritionist overseas this and we have a chemist who oversee the development process ensuring we develop formulations that are safe and effective.

Is it safe to take all of your supplements together? Are there interactions?

All of our products are considered safe to be taken together.  Any potential interactions or timings of ingestion that may affect absorption are very minor so we do not think they need to be taken separately or at different times of the day.  We recommend all vitamins are taken with water and food.  We advise speaking with your doctor about interactions if you are taking any prescription medications, or if you have a medically diagnosed deficiency.  For example, if you have low iron stores then you may need a stronger dose than is provided in our iron tablet.

When should I take my vitamins?

We recommend taking all of your vitamins with a glass of water and food, ideally with breakfast as this is a great way to start the day.  If you forget to take them at breakfast or this meal isn’t convenient then taking them with any other meal is fine.  All our products contain quality ingredients to ensure optimal absorption.

How do I know which product is in my pack?

The insert card in your box includes pictures so you can identify each product.

Where do I find the nutritional information, like on a bottle of vitamins?

You will find nutritional information sheets about each product in your pack inside your box. You will also find this information at the bottom of the product page by clicking “View supplement label”.

Are Vitally's products Vegan friendly?

Most of our supplements are vegan friendly, but make sure to check, you can see this info within the product pages.

Are Vitally's products suitable for a Gluten Free diet?

All of our products are Gluten Free. 

Where can I find allergen information?

On our product pages, at the bottom of the page, click on the supplement you want to check and you will see a section that says 'Does not contain'. If you require further information,  please email us at hi@vitally.com.

Are your packs recyclable? Do you offer packaging alternatives?

Our vitamin packs are category 7 recyclables in New Zealand. Our boxes are cardboard.
We are working on a compostable packaging alternative, which is currently being tested to ensure our products still arrive in the best possible condition.
