BILLING CYCLE AND SUBSCRIPTION INFORMATION

When you purchase a subscription from Vitally Limited, we charge your credit or debit card for the first months order (personalised box of daily vitamin packs) and dispatch your order within 1 working day. You will receive an order confirmation and invoice by email. On the monthly anniversary of your initial order we will charge your credit card and send out the corresponding months order (personalised box of personalised daily vitamin packs) within one working day and send an order confirmation and invoice by email. Where the monthly anniversary of your order falls on a weekend or bank holiday, we will charge your credit card on the closest working day that precedes the monthly anniversary date. The monthly anniversary of your order will be shown when you sign into the “My Account” section of the website as the “Monthly Subscription Date"

You may cancel your subscription permanently at any time, by emailing us at hi@vitally.co.nz and letting us know you'd like to cancel. The cut off date to cancel a subscription on any given is 5 days before the "Monthly Subscription Date" shown in the "My Account" Section of the website. You can also change your order (add/remove products) and skip a month any time before the cut off date for each month. We will send you an email 6 days before the Monthly Subscription Date to remind you that you have 1 day to cancel, change or skip a month before the cut off date for that month.
